PHOTO POLYMER PLATE MAKING
Our letterpress printing plates are made in-house. We can make a plate for your own printing from a digital file.

DIGITAL PRINTING
Crayton-Heritage has partnered with a local printer to now offer high quality digital printing. This $1 million printer can run up to Lettra 110# in full color.

FOIL STAMPING

Foil stamping is a heat transfer process where your image is stamped in metallic and colored foils onto a stock. From gold to white to red, we offer an array of foil to add some glitz to your project.

EDGE-TINTING
Painted-on color for the edge of a card using any color from the Pantone solid uncoated collection.

EMBOSSING
Emboss creates a raised image by using a two-part male/female die. You can reuse this die for years.

DIE-CUTTING

Create circles, round corners and cutouts using our in-house dies. If you're feeling adventurous, we can even create a unique shape and  have a custom die made just for you.

DUPLEXING
Duplexing can be used to create a sheet with a different color on the front and back of a card, or to create a heavier weight. 

LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting allows for greater detail than traditional die cutting. We have partnered with companies to provide precise work at competitive prices.

HAND ASSEMBLY

We are always willing to do the extra bit of hand work to get your project ready. Gluing, ribbon tying, and binding are the most frequently requested.

BINDING
Create booklets with saddle-stitched or hand-stitched binding. Hand-stitching thread is available in a variety of colors, and grommets are available in silver or gold.

ENVELOPE LINING
We can diecut blank or printed stock for most envelope sizes, and can then line the envelopes in house or ship the liners and envelopes separately to you.
