Q: What's the average turnaround time for a project?

A: On average, project turnaround is about 10 business days. The number of hits and the quantity can add to this, but we also are able to rush orders for an additional fee.


Q: Do you offer design services?

A: Currently, we are strictly a printing studio and do not offer design services. However, we work closely with many designers, and would love to offer a recommendation for one that will fit your project.


Q: I just submitted an order. How do I submit payment?

A: We are set in our old-school ways and accept payment via check or cash. If you'd like to pay via PayPal, there is a 3% processing fee.


Q: How should I setup my file for print?

A: Please see this file for a list of steps to complete when setting up your file for us. Be sure to outline all fonts and strokes!


Q: I'm a designer in need of inspiration, can I come    look at your work?

A: Absolutely! We have shelves of samples that you can peruse for inspiration. All we ask is that you make an appointment first, either via phone or email.


Q: Do you offer hot metal typesetting?

A: We no longer offer hot metal typesetting, and recommend that you check out SOS Linotype for all your typecasting needs, They're awesome people!
